The retail industry is the largest single generator of general excise tax revenue and employs almost 25% of the workforce in the State of Hawaii.
The Retail Merchants of Hawaii represents its members through advocacy in Federal, State and County Governments, Departments and Agencies. We provide members with information, education and training through seminars, committees, newsletters and more. We offer networking opportunities with our mixers, yearly conference, golf tournament, annual meeting and Ho`okela Awards.
